Moreover, breathing in the way described below will help you to maintain the right energy balance in your body. Pranic breathing, carried out for at least ten minutes every day – at home, in the workplace, outdoors – helps the optimal daily absorption of energy. The lungs of modern man, unless they practice an intense sporting activity, dilate very little in the lower part. Through pranic breathing, full functionality is recovered. Take a deep breath from your nose, starting with filling the lower part of the lungs; hold it for a few moments and then slowly exhale from the mouth, emptying the lungs completely.
