Instructions for Use
SootheSphere requires physical interaction to be effective. It is used by massaging the targeted area with the sphere in a counterclockwise direction for about three minutes. Repeated treatments, up to four times a day, increase efficacy.
Always ensure a soft, gentle pressure during use. Avoid direct contact with the skin to minimize the risk of damaging the sphere. Do not use oils on the sphere. Use rhythmic breathing during the session. Breathwork can significantly enhance circulation by oxygenating the blood and assisting in the energetic and physical release of tension.
It is recommended to use natural material between the sphere and the treated area. Move the spheres in the advised manner, keeping the fabric between the sphere and the skin at all times.
