Throughout time, people of the earth have deepened their connection with the Earth and the Sun through aligning with the rhythms of the cosmic dance. We now approach the time of Spring Equinox here in the southern hemisphere, a balance of the day and the night. The energy of Equinox is not confined to a specific moment, but can be connected to in the week before and after this turning point.

Communities all over the world bring ritual and celebration to strengthen the sense of exchange with natural and divine forces, creating a sense of unity and oneness. As part of the international Damanhur community, we bring ritual and shared activities to foster this connection for all of the wider community.

Activities will include:

• A ceremony to launch your intentions for self and community.
• A meditation to connect with plant consciousness.
• An art activity to explore your inner being.
• A spiral walk to cleanse and expand your energy body.
• A PAN labyrinth to connect with the forces of the earth.
• A shared lunch with like-minded community.
