A Practical Workshop

When I first met the giant Jarrah tree, I was quite overwhelmed. Its energy met us as we walked down the track and It took seven of us to stretch our arms out around it to meet in a circle! Wow!!

Learning to connect our energy for deeply to the trees and the plants brings such joy so let’s spend the day together deepening our understanding of our powerful allies – the trees and the plant beings.

What we’ll do:

• In the morning we’ll be immersed in nature in the bush, learning how to exchange energy with the King Jarrah tree
• We’ll expand our energy body and tune into the ‘forest / bush vibe’, that collective consciousness of the bush; the symbiotic relationship between the mycelium and the trees.
• We’ll orient key trees in a ’Tree Orientation’ exercise to connect the trees to the Global Tree Network. This practice, initiated by Damanhur, a spiritual eco community in Italy, has mapped significant trees all over the world to strengthen and map the network.
• After lunch we’ll bring our creative energies into play with an art activity and a sharing.
• We’ll tune into the ‘Music of the Plants’ for a deep meditation.

This one day workshop is designed to hone your skills and reinforce practices that will deepen that link to support the continued growth of humankind.
